„We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!“

„We came into town with three families, with kids ranging in ages from 5-14. We loved the house - it was January but the oceanfront views did not disappoint. Photo is a view from the living room during sunrise. The owner was quick to reply and everything was exactly as described. Would happily go back and stay again!“

„This was the perfect place for a low-key vacation. The house is comfy, cozy, and quiet with direct access to the water. The provided kayaks are a plus and my sons loved using them to fish. It’s the perfect place for smaller children to play because the water doesn’t get very deep. We loved our stay and will be back. The host was amazing!“

„The house was clean and spacious. Having a dishwasher, washer and dryer were so convenient in the house. The small fenced in yard was plenty for my little dogs. It was only about 15 -20 minute drive to the beach. The best was the free parking at the beach. Loved the month I was there. The host was amazing and available for anything I needed or answered any questions I had. “

„This townhouse is an exceptional lodging for a getaway in the North Topsail area; It has a nice layout for our family of seven that made our stay comfortable for the 3 nights that we were there; Situated in between the beach and the sound makes you enjoy both places without walking far; It's also located close to the shops and restaurants which is very convenient... „We stayed here for an extended weekend to visit our son in the marine corps. The house was neat, modern, clean and cozy. The owners had books, board games, outdoor games, indoor games, TV, DVD's, a fire pit, and a Playstation 3. Plenty for the whole family to do. The owners were attentive to our needs, texted a few times to make sure we had all that we needed, but also were not overbearing and gave us plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. We would definitely consider staying with them again“
