„Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and ourdoor onsen - very relaxing, and not too busy. The absolute highlight were the traditional dinner and breakfast - the setting, selection, and ...

„Did not stay the full 2-night stay, I left 8am after the first night. Woke up and noticed I was sleeping on a pillow that had mold spots. Blinds were broken and dilapidated. A layer of dust was on the bed stand. Onsen was covered in mildew and water dispenser was covered in mold also. About a kilometer up hill from the bus terminal. The outside of the building looks like it hasn’t been updated or worked on in a while. Would not stay here again.“

„階段街からも近く 泉質も良く自然豊かで静かでゆっくり寛げるいいお宿でした“
