„A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems.“

„Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!“

„Superlage mit direktem Strandzugang, das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der freundliche Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Umweltfreundliches Verhalten wird begrüßt (Mülltrennung) Super Sandstrand, nicht voll, Robben können oft beobachtet werden!“

„Lovely place to stay, only a quarter mile from where I spent my summer holidays as a child“

„Lovely cottage near Saxmundham! Very cozy and plenty of space. We enjoyed the large tv, and off street parking. “

Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area.“

„Recently stayed here for a few nights. Place was spotless and everything you needed/wanted was to hand. Lovely welcome basket on arrival. Location is fantastic beach only short walk away and only a short drive away fromGreat Yarmouth and hemsby so plenty of places near by. Shops not far away either short walk. They do have strange opening and closing times. But overall the bungalow is a great place, great location. Would definitely come back again“

„Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster.
