Hotels in Bukovel

„I like only sauna( the temperature was well), I don’t like: sometimes bad smell in this area from outside. And worst: when I arrived and wanted to change the room to higher category their manager( man) told me that their hotel doesn’t work with Expedia that it’s some fault that I booked through Expedia hotel Milli & Jon and told me that he won’t take the changing through Expedia and will change for mor expensive price from deck only, which he did .“

„The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia.“

„Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!“

„They didn't give me my reserved room and they didn't find me another place to stay“

„Very highly recommended if you go to Bukovel - fantastic rooms, great view from the balcony, luxurious public areas, very friendly service. The restaurant is great. My only regret is that I could not stay longer.“

„At check in staff was rude and asked me to pay twice “

„This is not a valid accommodation offer. First the address is wrong, or streets are badly marked in Bukovel. And the place is not a hotel anymore, but a private house. It should be removed from Orbitz / Expedia “

„Staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. We were kept waiting after a long drive because of confusion on the reservation. In all a good stay.“
