Exceptional property, a real jewel on the heights of BUIS LES BARONNIES, a charming and endearing village of 2500 inhabitants in the heart of the Drôme Provençale.
This villa is proposed for max 10 guests, in JULY and AUGUST.
Accommodation rated FIVE STARS by the Ministry of Tourism.
- Dogs, even large ones, are accepted with great pleasure ; the estate is enclosed.
The villa is surrounded by multi-century olive trees on 5700 m2, with an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains (notably the typical Rock of St Julien and the Mont Ventoux), the village (downtown at 1300 m) and the Ouvèze valley. You will be truly "scotched" by a privileged panorama.
A large SWIMMING POOL in a green setting will be exclusively for you and you alone (no other tenants). No immediate neighbours. Tranquility, discretion and intimacy guaranteed. The pool's telescopic cover serves as a solar heater when necessary.
This exceptional villa has 230 m2 of living space on two floors. It is a "PREMIUM" rental with great comfort for 10 guests.
The two levels are independent, both strictly NON SMOKING, but smoking is possible outside.
THE FIRST FLOOR ( 6 guests : 180 m2) with 3 bedrooms ("Emeraude", "Topaze" and "Saphyr"), 3 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi, 3 toilets (2 independent), 1 large living-dining room with large screen TV, 1 living-room-study, a real auditorium with large screen TV and a powerful HiFi system of an exceptional quality (think of bringing your MP3 file), 1 kitchen, 1 storage room, 1 laundry room and a fabulous terrace with a breathing taking view and several dining tables to eat there. Great comfort, high performance air conditioning, permanent ventilation, integrated vacuum cleaner, automatic lighting, large bay windows with double glazing, very good sound insulation.
THE GROUND FLOOR (4 guests - 50 m2): a naturally fresh accommodation, not depending on the floor because very well equipped: 1 spacious bedroom, 1 extra bedroom with office in the entrance, a living-dining room with kitchenette and TV, a bathroom with WC.

The essential maintenance of the swimming pool, the watering of the flowers and the sweeping of the surroundings are done very discreetly, early in the morning, by the landlord who then disappears.
There is no shortage of beautiful walk or bike or car excursions. Many picturesque villages to visit.
Climbing and via ferrata for the amateurs, jazz festival, theatre, classical music, St Laurent's festival, various events and shows in Buis and in the region.

Un coin de Paradis..
Le titre de l'annonce résume parfaitement bien ! Que dire de plus si ce n'est que Michel le propriétaire est charmant, discret et attentionné. Site merveilleux, une vue magnifique et panoramique avec en prime le Mont Ventoux pour tous les repas pris sur la grande terrasse, calme et apaisement garantis.. La piscine, parfaitement exposée, est entourée d'oliviers, l'espace BBQ et sa table pique nique au milieu des oliviers pour des repas en pleine nature.. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, rien ne manque à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.. Transats, ping pong, baby foot, boulodrome et même tir à l'arc ! Nous avons donc passé un séjour merveilleux avec un sentiment de plénitude ! La région est très belle, de nombreux beaux et petits village à découvrir.. Bui les Baronnies, jolie petite ville à 5mn en voiture avec tous les commerces nécessaires.. et plusieurs restaurants... Sur les conseils de Michel ne pas hésiter à réserver au restaurant La Fourchette. Délicieux... Pour conclure je recommande à 100%, vous pouvez contacter Michel via Abritel il est très réactif et y aller les yeux fermés.

Villa avec vue splendide !
Très belle villa. Bien équipée. La vue est splendide (encore plus belle que sur les photos). Tous les commerce sont accessibles à moins de 5 min en voiture. Nombreuses activités à proximité : balades dans le gorges, via ferrata, escalade, visites... Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Merveilleux
Extraordinaire endroit avec une vue magnifique sur le mont Ventoux, Buies les Baronnies et le rocher Saint Julien, le tout au cœur d'un champs d'oliviers. Excellent accueil de Mr Bernard. Sa présence tous les matins est un confort précieux, pas besoin de nettoyer la piscine et de balayer les alentours, il s'en occupe systématiquement. En cas de questions, il est toujours là pour d'excellents conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa dans un endroit calme et aussi riche de balades et visites locales.

Belle propriété avec particularité à signaler
Nous avons séjourné à 8 adultes et 2 petits chiens dans la propriété de M Bernard, nous louons régulièrement des propriétés dans le sud et voici notre appréciation pour la Datcha : La maison est située sur une vaste propriété plantée d'oliviers avec une vue superbe et imprenable sur la vallée de Buis les baronnies et sur les monts environnants, mont Saint Julien et Ventoux . La villa est vaste avec 4 belles chambres et un bureau équipé d'un canapé lit ; les salles de bains et WC sont nombreux et permettent d'être à l'aise sans se gêner ( à noter le jacuzzi hors service) ; elle est également bien pourvue en équipements ménagers récents ; les terrasses de la villa offrent une vue superbe et permettent de manger à l'aise pour les 8 que nous étions. La piscine est vaste et entourée de parasols et transats de bonne qualité ; 2 BBQ à gaz et charbon de bois permettent de réaliser diverses grillades; une table en bois, bien qu'un peu juste permet de manger à côté de ces appareils. Bref maison, terrasses , piscine nous ont globalement donné satisfaction. La particularité à signaler pour cette location est la présence à l'entrée de la propriété de la caravane de M Bernard qui y séjourne avec son jeune chien de race Patou pour intervenir quotidiennement et matinalement afin de réaliser diverses actions : accès au garage, prise d'eau , arrosage des fleurs, contrôle de la piscine , bref un accès matinal de nature à réveiller les dormeurs du RDC. Nous avons également hésité à laisser nos chiens libres qui étaient sans cesse attirés par le Patou, ce qui a nuit à la sérénité de leurs maitres. En résumé , une belle propriété que nous avons apprécié mais ou nous aurions aimé plus d'intimité .

Vue exceptionnelle et calme absolu
Maison isolée idéale pour un séjour en famille au calme. Très belle piscine (Le propriétaire - très discret - passe tôt le matin pour nettoyer la piscine et les abords). Rien ne manque. Juste une petite suggestion : investir dans un barbecue un peu plus grand. Sinon, tout était parfait. A recommander sans hésiter.

Une vue imprenable dans les hauteurs de Buis les Baronnies
Une montée en voiture jusque la villa un peu périlleuse la première fois et le manque de parasols n'ont pas altéré notre plaisir et le séjour dans cette magnifique villa qui domine Buis les Baronnies. Une vue imprenable de la piscine et de la terrasse sur le Mont Ventoux et les montagnes environnantes, on en prend plein les yeux. Merci à Michel, notre hôte, pour sa disponibilité. PS: il est important de savoir que Michel est parfois dans la caravane en bas de la propriété et qu'il passe, discrètement, tous les matins pour votre confort personnel s'occuper de la piscine notamment. Pour certains cela peut être un avantage, pour d'autres un inconvénient, c'est selon.
