The sleeping, living and kitchen areas share one open-plan space. Clean lines, exposed concrete and warm wood tones give the apartment a relaxed, contemporary feel. There’s a double bed, a compact futon and a TV. A walk-in closet between the living area and bathroom gives you space to unpack and settle in.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The apartment accommodates up to three guests with one double bed and a compact futon in the same room. The futon is shorter than a standard bed; if you plan to use it, tell us before arrival so we can arrange the bedding and help you check that the setup suits your group.

Airbnb’s verified Wi-Fi speed test recorded 481 Mbps. There’s a laptop-friendly workspace in the apartment, plus a shared coworking area and gym in the building. Both communal facilities are free for guests to use, with no reservation needed. Actual internet speeds can vary.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. Air conditioning with heating, bed linen, towels, a hair dryer and clothing storage are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and bidet.
