- CHECK IN: The ENTRANCE time to the apartment is from 16HS.
* It is entered with code. If they arrive before 16HS and the employee is cleaning it, they can leave suitcases.

- Early check in or late check out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability of the moment, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. Please do not check this days in advance: You may know the day before check in or the day before check out.

- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the entrance to the apartment in optimal conditions with sheets and towels. It does not include daily cleaning, or any other type. It leaves 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with their pillows and blanket.

- When making the reservation, we will ask you to send us an ID photo (ID or PASSPORT) of all those who stay via email. This is mandatory in order to enter the building.

- Notice: 1 sets of keys are left per department.

- Please note there is no night guard. We're a non-hotel AIRBNB.
