Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise.
The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem.
What made the situation worse was the attitude toward guest concerns. Instead of offering assistance or trying to fix the issue, the complaints were essentially ignored. Good management should care about the guest experience and take problems seriously, but that was not my experience here.
Because the internet never improved and there was no support from management, I ended up checking out earlier than planned. If you rely on stable internet or expect responsive management, I would recommend considering other options.
