Das Hotel nennt sich ‚Hotel and Roof top‘ I’m Moment ist weder Roof top noch Pool nutzbar. Ansonsten ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Preis - Leistung war sehr gut.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte nicht immer ganz sauber (Flure!!). Das Laminat in unserem Zimmer wellte sich bereits. Die Zimmerschlüssel funktionierten 1-2 x täglich nicht und mussten ständig neu programmiert werden. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen langweilig, ohne jede Abwechslung. Das Personal wirkte zeitweilig gelangweilt. Auf der Habenseite war das Zimmer groß, die Betten gut und die Lage sehr gut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt durchaus. Wer zu diesem Preis wirklich ein 5-Sterne Hotel erwartet, ist vielleicht etwas naiv :)

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage!
Groß helle Zimmer, sauber und ordentlich. Gutes Frühstück. Netter Pool auf dem Dach. Zentrale Lage, die etwas beeinträchtigt ist, weit die U-Bahn Linie 1 außer Betrieb ist. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert sind bietet ein gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.

Solides Hotel mit Mängeln
Es gibt einige positive Dinge über das Hotel zu sagen. Die gute Lage im Stadtteil Retiro, der Preis und die Ausstattung der Suiten. Leider musste ich knapp zwei Stunden auf das Zimmer warten, lediglich nach mehrfachem Drängen und Bitten kam ich um 15h aufs Zimmer, obschon mir es für 13h zugesagt wurde. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, die Qualität der Speisen war nicht besonders, darüberhinaus waren die warmen Speisen oft kalt, ebenso der Kaffee. Der Service kam mit dem Abräumen nicht nach. Die Suiten immerhin geräumig und gut ausgestattet, darüberhinaus ruhig.

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Lage, Ausstattung, alles ist stimmig. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Besuch in Buenos Aires ist unser Hotel gebucht!

Um típico 4 estrelas
Gostei da hospedagem. Boa recepção, café-da-manhã razoável, elevadores pequenos, pessoal gentil, preço da diária justo. Os apartamento são grandes, mas o banheiro é pequeno. Falta saboneteira no box. Poderei retornar.

Bathroom was in poor condition- door was warped and wouldn’t close, toilet seat was broken. Shower head was broken. Front door to room didn’t close properly and hall noise could be heard. On our last day, there was TREMENDOUS construction noise in the room next door. It made me sick. This is at BEST a 2 * hotel. Restaurant was good.

Wonderful pre-cruise hotel
What can i say but we really enjoyed our stay ar Feirs hotel. From the minute we arrived via taxi cab when they were right there to take our luggage, the restaurant on site and the large, clean, comfortable room. Our bathroom was also a good size unlike some of the reviews i saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there 2 nights pre-cruise but they had cleaning service every day. As other reviews said grocery store right across the street. Our room seems to have been renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Quarto grande, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, possui uma sacada ampla, muito boa. Localização é muito boa, bairro tranquilo e seguro, a dois quarteirões da praça San Martin (inclusive lá possui uma das melhores sorveterias chamada Rapanui). O ônibus turístico amarelo passa nessa praça. Portanto foi muito conveniente. Para ir aos pontos turísticos como a Flor Generica ou o Mercado de San Telmo, recomendo ir de taxi ou aplicativo, não é perto para ir a pé. Café da manhã estava bom. O ponto negativo da estadia ficou com o banheiro, estava descascando o teto, o box não tinha porta de vidro, era uma cortina, o exaustor parece que não estava funcionando, pois embaçava completamente o banheiro. A piscina é pequena e não é aquecida. No geral, o preço que pagamos pela estadia me pareceu bom custo x benefício.

The staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage for 2 days while we left on a tour. They gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. Approximately 4 hrs into our staff they called to make sure everything was okay. We would highly recommend them!

When I asked about the VIP they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. Even showed them the reward on the booking and they didn’t know anything about it. Room description said it slept 4- that’s a lie. Unless you want to sleep 4 in 1 bed. Pictures showed a kitchenette, and there wasn’t one. Pictures also showed nicer furniture. Unwilling to accommodate a later checkout, but said they could hold our bags.

Amanda, we're so sorry for your experience with the VIP! The next time you stay with us, we'll make sure this doesn't happen again. Regarding the occupation of the room, you made your reservation for 2 people, so we accomodate it with only one king bed. If you book for 4, we'd add two extra beds. About the late check out, we didn't have availability for it, but for that reason we always offer to hold your bags (as you said), so you can enjoy the city for the day. We're sorry the room didn't meet your expectations Amanda! Regardless, we wanted to thank you for choosing us, and hope you can stay again with us in the future so we can offer you a better experience! Kind regards.

Excellent hotel
We had a lovely overnight stop. We arrived early from cruise ship and they happily stored bags for us. High standard of English for Argentina which allowed them to advise us easily. It’s well placed and you can walk to many tourist places. We had a stunning meal in the restraunt in the evening. Breakfast was also good. Room was big for price. Would readily stay again

Boa localizaçao
Fiquei uma noite apenas por ser perto da estação de onibus pude ir caminhando até o hotel e depois ir ao aeroporto AEP no dia seguinte em 10 min de carro. Boa localização perto da Rua Florida.apesar de ficar meio deserto nos arredores a noite. Tem um supermercado bem em frente. Café da manhã muito bom.

Any room facing ESMERALDA Street is very noisy at any time of day as it is a ONE WAY street with honking cars and squealing bus brakes. Strange enough rooms have blinds, but they do not release due to poor maintenance. The breakfast is outstanding, however the coffee tastes like instant coffee. I would not stay again at this hotel for a longer duration in Buenos Aires.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires.
This hotel has a great location. It is right across the street from a grocery store. It is only a three block walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. Convenient to shopping, walking distance. The staff are very helpful. Their English was excellent. They suggested places to see and where to exchange currency. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food. The breakfast was more than we expected. Certainly got good valued for the cot of the stay. Especially the friendly staff. Room was much bigger than we thought it would be.
