„ Very poor service from the property manager. Dishwasher did not work for the 13 nights we stayed. We told them on day one and chased them up a number of times to no avail. Excuse they gave was we can’t do anything until we contact the owner. Also refused to reimburse an agreed amount we paid in case we had visitors. The manager refused to do anything until we lodged a complaint. The house however was very nice and would have got 5 stars“

„Both toasters are broken, fans are broken, floors were filthy, gauzes and doors broken , yard is fire and snake hazard, lights didn’t work, dryer didn’t work , pegs were rusty and brittle and broken, 1 power points didn’t work live wires were hanging out of ceiling in 1 room, only 1 of 3 tvs worked no remote controls ,vinyl coming off kitchen cupboards, location was great , dishwasher was fantastic , washing machine was good , outside barby was great “

„No interaction with the host apart from messages about the key lock and a request to take out the bins.The amenities were okay, but the inside couch smelled like mould and the floor rug was old and dirty. The house was infested with cockroaches inside and out. The verandah seating area was also full of cobwebs, spiders and roaches. Outside furniture also had smellly and dirty cushions.One of the lights above the dinning table was not working so there was poor lighting at night.When we arrived ...

„There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window “
