St Agnes, Newquay, Truro, Dartmoor, Hartland, Bodmin Moor and the Lizard Peninsula with their breath-taking scenery are easily accessible. No trip to this part of the world is complete without visiting Tintagel, filled with the myth and legend of King Arthur.

On entering this stylish and attractively designed property you will find yourself in the snug and traditional kitchen with everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher (located under the stairs). The washing machine and freezer are stored in the garage. Moving through into the inviting lounge/dining area you can snuggle up in front of the Smart TV and enjoy the blaze of the open fireplace. The dining area is ideally situated whether you’re enjoying a big meal or grabbing a quick snack. Returning through the lounge and up the stairs you will find three comfy bedrooms: one king-size, one double and one single. There is also a bathroom, complete with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside you can sit back, relax and unwind in the delightful enclosed garden with lawn, decked area, table and chairs.
