Perfectly placed just over a mile from Kilkhampton which offers a choice of two traditional inns, village stores, a great selection of takeaways and access onto the A30. The popular seaside town of Bude is just slightly further afield and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes offering a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

As you step into the delightful property you will immediately find yourself in a light and bright yet warm and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV/DVD and cosy wood burner. A lovely little dining area is also provided so you can enjoy breakfast while planning where to visit, or a relaxed dinner at the end of a busy day exploring. Further to this, stroll out via the farm track and explore the land and views. There is off-road parking is available for two cars.
