Wir mussten 45 Minuten auf unser Zimmer warten. Obwohl die Check-In Zeit längst erreicht worden ist. Daraufhin erhielten wir ein Zimmer welches unaufgeräumt gewesen ist, buntere Handtücher lagen auf dem Boden, der Wein und die Nudeln von gestern standen offen im Wohnzimmer rum. Daraufhin erhielten wir ein anderes (schlechteres Zimmer). Und damit hat es sich leider nicht erledigt, denn nachdem wir eingecheckt sind, fiel auf, dass das Wifi nicht funktioniert. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Management wurde und mitgeteilt, dass wir Pech gehabt haben ....

Excelente
El hospedaje ha sido excelente, todo muy limpio y habitación grande con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga y cómoda, llegamos de madrugada pero el acceso fue muy fácil con las claves que mandan y al final del viaje dan la opción de dejar las maletas en recepción por si tu vuelo sale mas tarde del check in. El baño, la cocina y la cama cómodos. Llegar desde el aeropuerto es facilísimo con el bus 100E, te deja justo en la esquina del hotel, así que no hay que caminar más que 3 minutos. En cuanto a ubicación es muy buena, caminando estás en 5 minutos en la iglesia de San Esteban y a 15 minutos en el Parlamento. Frente al hotel tienes supermercados, tiendas de todo tipo y restaurantes además de metro y autobuses, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir à 21H personne à l'accueil ( alors qu'il est noté réception jusqu'à minuit ) nous avons du téléphoner 3 fois avec une personne qui raccroché au bout de 1 mn nous avons attendu 1 heure dehors avec un froid glacial. Au de la 3 fois de communication téléphonique la personne nous a dit ou se trouvait la carte pour entrer dans l'appartement. Très mauvais accueil à l'arrivée. D'autre part la literie est très mauvaise. L'eau s'écoule très mal dans la douche mauvaise évacuation et il y a de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain vous devez passer la toile sinon elle inonde le hall d'entrée, une galère pour se doucher.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The last time was four years ago but this is the only place I’ll stay and the place I recommend to friends. Apartment was clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Location is the best. Simple walk to the Christmas markets in just a few minutes. Stayed with my mother and we never felt unsafe walking at night in the area. Two convenient little food stands right by the hotel for reasonable langos, chimney cakes and crepes. Grocery store close by and lots of restaurants.

The studio was nicely decorated, but the quality is very basic. Beds are quite uncomfortable and the cleaning need improvement. Location though is fantastic. Having parking garage is a big plus. The price per night is very good for the location.

Flight, dirty location with showers that flood the entire bathroom. Nasty long hairs on the pillows. Staff was unwilling to be helpful and the place is a literal nickel and dime operation. Only “hotel” on earth with a 10am check out. Avoid this dive and stay literally anywhere else.

The location is perfect . The apartment was very big but quite old and there was only one air-condition in the living room for the whole 120m apartment therefore it was very hot in the bedrooms. There is a grate terrace with a view . As a compensation for the air-condition situation we received a breakfast for free! Normally breakfast costs 15 euro per person , for that amount it is totally not worth it.

We were glad to see signs asking visitors to be considerate and quiet in the corridors and on balconies. We slept very well. We would recommend VG as a good, quiet place to stay. Our room was refreshed very well by a lovely lady. The kitchen was well equiped. Room layout good. Helpful reception staff. Bed very comfortable. Negatives: No mattress protector - essential for hygiene. Cement between tiled areas black with dirt. Regular deep cleaning would keep this in check. Dripping air-con.

It was a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the location and property after having a mix up with my booking when I arrived late at night, it was quickly resolved and the ladies at the reception were helpful particularly Viktoria. I expected a bit more on the cleaning but was told it’s only once a week because it’s an aparthotel which was very disappointing. But the checkout was the biggest issue for my stay with no flexibility provided whatsoever even though it wasn’t a busy period especially after spending 14 days

Fint med beliggenhed, altan, OK indretning af rum, imødekommende betjening af receptionisterne. Og at støj ikke udgjorde noget særligt problem, placeringen midt i byen taget i betragtning. Der er et væld af restauranter og barer i nærheden. Lejl. har et meget flot TV, men der mangler en brugbar vejledning, så det kan kræve en del aktivitet at få billeder frem. Køkkenet er meget sparsomt udstyret, dersom man har planer om selv at lave mad.
