Bei unserem Besuch war es sehr heiß. Da war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Es gab zwar eine Klimaanlage aber die war nicht in Betrieb. Die Verständigung war auch nur auf englisch möglich. Da das Hotel direkt im Zentrum liegt war es auch trotz 5 Etage sehr laut.

Its nice hotel, in the center, just near all famous attractions, and every thing as restaurants and markets are just near, so its a good idea to stay there

Great location and comforable Room
Front door is a struggle, no instructions on how to enter Did not receive email as claimed by front desk. Overall pleasant and clean simple, but functional kitchen. Room had a table which was just great to have. Definitely a place to come back to.

Highly recommended
Amazing location and a very homely setting. 5min walk away from the Deak Ferenc bus/tram/metro. Direct tram link to Kelenfold bus terminal for inter European bus travel. Only set back is the street party noise may reach your room during the weekend. Wear a earplug if you are light sleeper.

Disappointed
This hostel is closed to Deak Ferenc Ter which is very convenient for transportation. There is a 24hrs supermarket and some restaurants near by. Self check in and check out. The instructions are clear. It said it was a 24hrs reception but there was no staff in the reception even in day time. Moreover, I was asked to fill in a form which contained my personal information and put it in a blue box in the reception. The reception is in common area that everyone in the hostel could reach the blue box and take the form. It has a high risk of disclosing my privacy... The hoatel is in the 5th floor. The building has an old style lift and is very dark at night. I was staying in a twin bed room with private bathroom. The lock of the door was nonfunction that I could not close the door and it would open without touching it. It is horrible! The bathroom is tiny and dirty! The hostel said it provided some shower gel and shampoo in the common room but it was insufficient. There were no body wash and little volume of shampoo which only enough for one person.

This was a last minute emergency booking since I just needed a private place to gather my thoughts after a rough week. I arrived tired and confused and had some trouble locating it but that was my fault and the owner + staff did their best to help over the phone. The hostel itself was amazing and had everything one could ask for: clean comfortable beds, aircon, TV, PC + printer, helpful information of all sorts, nice common area and kitchen and everything you need within walking distance. Being solo in a 3-bed private booked the day before was obviously not the cheapest option but it was well worth it to me and I would love to stay some other time!

Great central location. In the heart of everything. Not your typical hostel, in the fact that you won't meet many other people during your stay. Arrival was tricky as the email was sent while I was travelling so didn't think to look at instructions when we arrived at door at 12a.m. Lovely and clean with usual kettle etc. Didn't meet the host or anyone during our stay which I thought was strange but.... may be the emails work for him. All in all for the price it was lovely.

The hostel was in an amazing location. The room was clean and so were the shared areas. But the bathroom on the floor we were in was quite small and badly lit.

Great property, centrally located
Agnes was very helpful in getting us squared away in Budapest. Though we were a few hours late arriving (our bus was held up by Hungarian immigration authorities - long story!), Agnes had the room and beds ready and was waiting for us to arrive. The accommodation was exactly as described and the hot shower that was waiting was exactly what we needed after spending nearly a whole day cooped in a bus (our ten-hour journey having morphed into a fifteen-hour nightmare). The property is very close to the main attractions in Pest - to get to Buda, one has to cross one of the many bridges across Danube. We had a fun time at the hostel, thanks to Agnes and her team of helpers. When we were leaving, we got a taxi at 5:45 am that Agnes had ordered for us the previous night - we had been previously advised not to flag down a taxi in the city, so it was nice that Agnes could get us a trusted reliable taxi early in the morning.

이상한 주인과 에어콘
옥탑방이랑 해가 방으로 내리 꽂히길래 들어가자마자 숨이 좀 막혔습니다. 에어콘을 틀려고 해서 물어봤는데 밤에만 틀수있게 해준다길래 그럼 밤에 리모콘을 달라고 하면 되냐 물어봤죠. 그랬더니 자기가 일을 하거나 잠을 자면 못줄수 있다고 하더군요, 그럼 어떻게 하냐고 했더니 말을 자꾸 돌리다가 결국 하루에 2유로를 내면 리모콘을 준다고 하네요ㅋㅋㅋ 제 자취방 한달 전기료가 칠팔천원인데 이틀동안 에어콘비만 육천원 넘게 주고 왔습니다 에에콘도 한 세시간 틀어야 좀 시원해 지는거 같고.. 그리고 호스텔이 전반적으로 어두운 분위기에요 약간 음침한거 같기도 하네요

Located in a busy, central area with easy access to the Metro and all public transportation. In spite of a busy scene on the street, due to its 5th floor location it was quiet and pleasant at night, even with all windows open. Agnes (the owner) was very caring. Hotel provides kitchen and refrigerator, and the "free" food (stuff left by prior visitors) was thoughtful and convenient. If you're looking for a simple, basic place in a great area, this is it! Restaurants of every stripe, 24 hour grocery stores, and location make this place a winner. When in Budapest, get the "Budapest Card" and go visit this incredibly dynamic, beautiful city.

Great Location for the price
I stayed here two nights and a day in between. The best thing about the hostel is its location -- right on the major transportation hub of the city. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. This very much is a Hostel with a hostel environment. It is in the top floors of an old apartment building. The hardest thing is finding it as it only has a small sign on the side of the building. (Look for a SOS dentist office) For the price I was very happy with my stay.

번화가에 좋은 가격
번화가 중심에다가 공항까지 가는버스가 바로앞에있어서 너무 편했어요 주인분도 친절하시고 대체적으로 만족 했습니다 근처에 코인세탁기도있어서 세탁도 가능하구요 밤엔 쫌 시끄럽습니다 저는 버스투어도 주인분에게 1000포린트정도 할인해서 구매해서 타고다녔는데 비로 앞에 버스서는곳이 있어서 교통권 구매안하고 이걸로 돌아다녔네요

Logement idéalement situé et chaleureux.
Dans un quartier bien vivant, ce logement est idéalement situé quand on veut pouvoir sortir le soir ou se faire un bon resto. Metro et bus à 5 minutes, 25 minutes du parlement à pied, 10 minutes de la synagogue etc Draps et serviettes fournis, petite salle de bain et surtout accueil 24h/24 ce qui était bienvenue car nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin! Bref séjour de 4 jours très sympa.

The location is ideal, very near to the city center. Easy to move/walk to the sightseeing place. The host is very nice. She will provide the information we might need and help to buy the bath ticket. We can contact her easily by phone or email. Although it's an old apartment and on the fifth floor, they have lift!! No need to carry heavy luggage up.

Inmejorable ubicación. Cerca de todo y del metro. En la zona Pest con más ambiente, cerca del Szimpla Kert, que no os podéis perder. No tiene ambiente de hostel, es más como una pensión. Pero tienes Cocina disponible con todo lo necesario La limpieza en la habitación regular. El lavabo es muy pequeño. Las camas súper cómodas y la habitación amplia (aunque teníamos la cuádruple para dos)

Embora tenha avisado que meu check in seria durante a madrugada, tendo inclusive respondido ao email recebido onde me foi solicitado dados do vôo com horário de chegada, a responsável estava dormindo e tive que procurar outro local para me hospedar. Ocorre que o hotel mais próximo estava lotado e o responsável, gentilmente, ligou para o hostel, quando finalmente a pessoa encarregada de abrir a porta acordou. Experiência nada agradável ficar aguardando de madrugada e sozinha no meio da rua. O preço cobrado excessivamente elevado pelo que o estabelecimento oferece. Felizmente já havia feito reserva em outro lugar, mais barato e infinitamente melhor que os 8 metros que o estabelecimento oferece.

엘리베이터가 좀 위험해 보였음. 일하는 현지 아주머니(?) 나름 친절했으나 개를 길러 개를 시러 하는 사람들은 비추임. 화장실(욕실)의 조명이 매우 어두움.. 내부계단을 통해 2인실에 있었는데 다락방 같은 분위기를 선호한다면 추천(참고로 집사람은 좋아라했음-다락방분위기) 식사는 해먹을 수 있고... 프리푸드라고 있긴한데 먹을 만하지는 않음(스파게티면/각종소스류등등) 성이슈트반 성당 인근(대악광장 인근)으로 교통은 매우 편리함... 주변에 마트도 많음,.. 단/ 대악광장 인근으로 밤에 매우 시크러움
