Personal freundlich, aber eher distanziert. Mag ich grundsätzlich, also sicherlich ok. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Frühstück gut. Schade, dass man für den Fitnessraum extra bezahlen muss. Gute Lage. Am Stadtrand von Bukarest, aber mit Taxi/Uber in 15 min in der Stadtmitte. Falls ich wieder mal nach Bukarest reise, würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Zwei Tage im Ramada Bukarest
Im August 2019 habe ich zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel geschlafen. Dinge die positiv auffallen sind, sehr guter Service in der Gastronomie, nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, und eine allgemeine gute Sauberkeit der Anlage. Als negativ empfand ich den morgentlichen Zigarettengeruch auf den Fluren und das hohe Endgelt für Pool und Fitness. Hiervon war auf Hotels.com nichts zu lesen. Dafür ist der Pool jedoch einladend und ausreichend groß. Der Fitnessbereich ist sauber und es sind genügend Geräte und Hanteln für ein einfaches Training vorhanden. WLAN ist im ganzen Haus verfügbar, so zumindest meine Wahrnehmung. Leider ist die Umgebung etwas schwach. Fußläufig ist nur ein großer See mit großer Gastronomie erreichbar. In dieser sollte ein Platz reserviert werden. Im allgemeinen werde ich das nächste Mal auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile sehr alt und die Austattung nur teilweise modernisiert. ACHTUNG: Teilweise waren heutige Nichtraucherzimmer vorher Raucherzimmer und sind noch nicht renoviert worden. Die 2. Etage war definitiv eine Raucheretage. Für mich, als lebenslangen Nichtraucher stellten sich die Kopfschmerzen bereits beim Öffnen der Aufzugtür ein. Glücklicherweise hat man mir problemlos ein Zimmer in der 7. Etage angeboten, welches schon immer ein Nichtraucherzimmer war. Im Winter war mein Zimmer völlig überhitzt. Es ist kein Thermostat im Raum vorhanden. Es waren "kuschelige" 26°C im Zimmer. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen und wenn man nicht zu lärmempfindlich ist, dann waren es morgens "nur" 23°C / 24°C,

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception.
Gut ausserhalb von Bukarest gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe des Parks mit frischer Natur.Nur 1.2Km gut zu Fuss erreichbar.Leider war im Hotelzimmer das Problem der Ungeziefer Bugs nicht so angenehm:Ein bisschen weit gelegen um zu Fuss die Stadt zu erreichen musste meistens das Taxi nehmen.(Zusatzkosten):Empfehlenswerrt den Arc de Triumph anzuschauen und andere schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bukarest!!!

Guter Ausblick über die Stadt
5 Nächte gebucht, das Einchecken war professionell, ebenso war das Personal hilfsbereit, bei Fragen zu Zielen welche man aufzusuchen gedachte. Das Zimmer war vielleicht etwas altbacken in der Ausstattung, aber doch komfortabel. Der Blick auf die Stadt, welchen ich hatte, bestätigte eine gut getroffene Wahl. Die zentrale Lage in Sektor1 war hervorragend, um Teile der Stadt auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Strassen sind recht lang, somit sollte man schon gut zu Fuß sein, aber man sieht halt mehr als wenn man mit dem Taxi rumgondelt.

Not to suggest,really unfreindly service.
The Hotel is good and really big but i wouldn't suggest to anyone. The prices are high for the accomodation in Rumenien. The main reason why i would not suggest this hotel is because of the servise. The service is really bad. I have never seen a personal like this. Really unfriendly. Its really unbelieveble how unfriendly they are. No welcome -, no please- , no thankyou-Word. When you ask simple questions like. where something in the hotel is and they dont even look at you but are really angry that you asked something. Im really disapointed.

We chose this hotel because I had an early flight and the airport was at a 15 min drive. The hotel is a bit dated but clean, with enough parking and a swimming pool. Our room was clean and kind of hot ( you need to use either ac or open the window) ; the fridge was not working and it never got fixed/replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and good and the restaurant was serving good supper as well.

Unfortunately, despite being charged for a 'business room' to accommodate me, my wife and my daughter we were also, on the last day, also charged for the Spa / pool despite already paying for an upgrade to the business room on day one. The hotel told us that we we're being upgraded to facilitate space for three guests on day one, but on the last day the story changed and we were told the charge was for an extra bed. This wasn't made clear and the service we received when we complained was poor...we were effectively told we were wrong and had to pay for the additional services added! Poor service all round. The hotel facilities were really nice and the bar, food and pool were all decent. However the service received, and the fact that we were overcharged for elements which should have been included spoiled the experience.

Ramada Park City break!
It was a weekend city break. Impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the reception personnel, which also applies to the rest of the staff. We especially enjoyed the pools, notably the outdoor poolside shower, because we could regulate the temperature!!! We think that the reception area needs some chairs, for tired guests on arrival!!!

This is a complete liar, first of all it is not a hotel, but an apartment; second, you book and pay, but when you arrive, they will make an excuse that there is no room, and let you change to another Building, maybe 1-2 km away, worse condition, worse room, worse sanitation, you can even see a big stain on the sofa, very bad, very bad; third, this is already their scam , but they charge the same money and refuse any apology and compensation. This is not a 4 stars hotel, not even close. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small and old style. We booked 2 rooms for 2 night, but left after one night (didn't even care about getting refund). Moved next door to Crowne Plaza which was much better.
