„This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. “

„The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! “

„We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great ...

„This condo was absolutely beautiful. Henri was an attentive host and Nancy and her family were amazing on keeping the property maintained and our needs met.My only issue was the highway noise and the surrounding neighborhood dogs barking at all hours, and the roosters. But this side of the highway is culture and we quickly learned to be a part of it. Our solution for the outside noise was using a sound machine app on our phones overnight and we slept fine.I’d definitely stay here again if I come ...

„Had a really nice stay here. It's a clean modern unit with pretty much everything you need (true to photos) and no hassles. We messaged about one minor issue/question and it was resolved swiftly. The beds are really comfy! There is highway and ocean noise in the bedrooms but they supply white noise machines if that works for you. It is car dependent in this area, but Ubers/In Drive was often very cheap (like 3cdn) to Bucerias so as long as you're okay to wait a few mins for a car it's just fine. ...
