Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung
The room was advertised as a one queen bed full kitchen. It is not a bed. It is a pull out sofa bed. BIG difference, especially for someone with physical issues and a 10 night stay. The room is also connecting and you can hear EVERYTHING, including your neighbours entire conversation or them using the washroom. They may as well have been in the room with me. Hotel staff were nice. However many requests like a simple wine glass, they were not able to even provide. The restaurant serves wine so this was a simple request. Housekeeping was not consistent as I asked for facecloths and they would be removed each day and not replaced. There was old soap from the previous guests found behind the sink, so housekeeping definitely needs to step up their standards. The floors were never cleaned properly and I had to wear sandals all the time, or be cleaning my feet constantly. The restaurant I was told had good reviews. However the first day they said they were out of cappuccinos, and the 2nd day out of guacamole. After that I did not return. The pools were nice however the temperature needs to be monitored as it was like bath water, and not exactly refreshing. There was plenty of pool loungers. Nice property and far away enough for town that it was quiet at night. However very basic.
