„Great place to stay “

„The condo was great layout for our family located on 3rd floor. The drive is not for faint of heart about 2 miles of winding of mult steep hills, but it is beautiful, set in smoky mt. My husband just got tired of drive. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The drawbacks were we wish we had drawers to put our clothes into. there was closet in each bedroom, plenty hangers. the master shower/tub valve diverter was loose and never really got repaired- we weren't able to use this shower. „Very clean and comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Kids slept great with comfortable beds and darkening curtains. The area was peaceful and quiet. Good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The drive up was curvy and a little precarious, but that’s to be expected with mountain roads. Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in Gatlinburg. “

Our first night there we realized our heat wasn’t working which being there at the end of DecBut the owner got it taken care of immediately she couldn’t get ahold of hvac team that night since it was late so they went and bought heaters and brought them to us and hvac people came the next morning! „All the decorations and all the rooms were nicely set up. Everything was Amazing. Only critic was the hot water would run out quick in the showers. And there were a lot of lady bugs in the main room. “

„Location perfect and safe, However, really worn, dusty and outdated Sliding door did not lock and bannister on balcony loose. Hot water ran out before 1/2 before jets. Host texted multiple times before and during even though was aware it was a birthday trip. Also sent a text during birthday dinner offering a side deal to stay longer or checkout 2 hours later and we could leave 20 on the counter.
