We booked 2 weeks in that hotel and it was one of the worst experiences in my life as guest. Rooms were disappointing and did not match with those we saw in the pictures they sended us. The reception desk horrible, with useless staff which explanations about anything did not match between them. Expensive hotel with a really low quality in general. "Breakfast included" which was basically breakfast available, but they did not say anything. In any hotel, when the breakfast is not included in your rate, they advise you before you eat anything. They saw us in the breakfast everyday during two weeks and they did not say anything at all, which was a lot of money to pay at the end of our stay. Also, our daughter came to visit us as a surprise and we ask the staff for an extra bed to our room and they say it was not available any. Then they told us a single room for 2 days cost 90£ and at the time to pay they say it was 200£. And when we arrive to the room it was a 3 beds room with the extra bed we asked for our room that "was not available". Basically, it was their "only room available" and they made us pay a lot of money for no reason. At the end, we ask for the complaint form to claim for all the machination against us and, surprise! They say they do not have any complaint form. Okay, then we asked for the email of the manager to complain through there and the very rude staff gave us a fake email. Unbelievable. The fake email is this: beausite@coditel.net . I can't believe anythin
