„The property is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, with so many different places to host dinners and chats both inside and out that you'll never struggle to find the perfect spot!But the hosts were easily the stars of the show! Colleen and her husband were so incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to the many questions we had for them.With plans for upgrades already it's hard not to imagine their property becoming a hot spot for both couples and groups alike!“

„Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing.“

„Lakepoint was amazing! Stayed for a weekend with our dog and the area was perfect. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional and bbq was very nice. Gas stations and convenience stores 15 mins away. All together a great comfortable stay “

„The perfect slice of tranquility. We were immersed in nature. That means quiet, bird song and croaking frogs. It meant a visit from a tortoise, turkeys and the sound of whispering leaves. The cabin is well appointed and clean. It felt comfortable. It was the relaxing getaway... with ping pong and a little canoeing. The only downside was some mosquito bites... expect that when going into nature! Overall, it couldn't have been better. “

„Loved the beach and sandy lake bottom. Didn’t like being right on highway 60, lots of traffic noise. The kitchen was very dark and the light over the sink wasn’t working. Everyone had to walk through the main bedroom to use the only shower, the hosts left their bar of soap, toothbrush and paste and a razor. „The inside of this property contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils/gadgets, seasonings, coffee/selection of herbal teas, foil and even bug spray. The cottage was incredibly clean and there were plenty of linens provided. Outdoor amenities were a disappointment but management was willing to discuss and compensate us for the watercraft rental when we weren’t able to use the (inflatable) kayak. „My vacation was very pleasant. The cottage was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. It was well equipped with appliances, everything you might need for a short or long term stay. Although not on the water, there was a very nice beach a 5 min walk down the cottage road. Very enjoyable!“

„The lodge is well equipped, all we needed to bring with us was food. It has a very nice view of the lake and a wide private beach - great for family with kids or elders. What is also good for kids and elders is the shallow water: 50 meters from shore it still won't go above the waist. “

„We should have stayed a bit longer, Tom's cottage is perfect to calm down and relax after a long and intensive sightseeing road trip through USA and Canada. No motor boats on the lake, the next busy road quite far away - best place to relax. We liked also on evenings to make BBQ with the gas grill and the camp fire in the fire pit . I hope there is a next time to get there.“

„This was the best-stocked cottage I have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you need including spices and condiments. The lake is beautiful and perfect for canoeing. The swimming access is a very long shallow sandy entry. The hot tub is great and includes screens to keep bugs out. „An amazing place to escape from the world without travelling too far. There is lots to do nearby and the set up of the cottage gives you good amount of privacy from neighbouring cottages. Host is readily accessible and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!“
