„Arriving in the charming village and then pulling up to Buckland Manor was a dream! Every detail has been seen to with lovely staff, well furnished rooms, gorgeous peaceful grounds. We could pop on many walking paths right from the door and roam the countryside. One wouldn't need to leave this property for days with every need met beautifully. Exquisite!“

„Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. I'm not religious but the building is beautiful and packed with history. Unfortunately, there is some not so great items to note. The ...

„Tolles Anwesen mit einem schönen weitläufigen Gelände. Großes Zimmer und neues Bad. Das Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Der Service schien überlastet, da neben Touristenbesuchen parallel mehrere Feierlichkeiten (Hochzeit, runde Geburtstage) etc. statt gefunden haben.“

„The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.“

„The room was big and the bed comfy, with the staff friendly, however having just reopened it is in need of some work. One wall mounted socket (head height) for a TV coffee machine and a kettle, with the kettle cord not reaching the plug was not good. The amenities were lacking in the shower, and there was rust on the frame holding the wash hand basin in the bathroom. All of which was disappointing. Also £20 for breakfast was a bit steep!“
