„Das Hotel war einfach Spitze in allen Dingen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Hotel für ein Event in der Strawberry Arena. Man fällt praktisch aus dem Hotel in die Arena. Da das Hotel am Wochenende wohl regelmäßig ausgebucht ist, sollte man am Wochenende vor 8 Uhr frühstücken. Super ist auch die Mall ganz in der Nähe. Dort kann man prima shoppen und essen. Für 10€ pro 2h kann man auch das Zimmer später verlassen (Late Checkout). Um in die Stadt zu kommen, einfach einen UBER bestellen!“

"Beautiful, classic hotel in a nice location. Great breakfast and a beautiful bar. Check in was a bit of a mess but on the third try it all worked out very well. The room was very cosy but a bit dated with a few broken features. Room service was fairly fast and nicely presented. A bit tricky to get trustable answers on gluten-free options but the food was good. The breakfast was very tasteful and well presented. The gluten free options were great. It was a bit tricky to get a good table but all fine after a bit of begging. The over all service was ok but was expecting a bit more attention in the bar and restaurant. The baggage service was friendly. They came on the second call. The spa is supposed to be very nice but since children were not welcome we did not try it this time. Over all a good stay but with some flaws here and there. "
