On your website it states free parking within a 2 minute walk of the property. There is no free parking anywhere in Broadstairs and so it cost us a minimum of 15.40 a day - you need to make this clear.House was not very clean (sofa felt dirty), we found 4 very large purple coloured capsules on the floor which our dog could have eaten - no idea what they are. House was very small (although supposed to be for 6 people). If there were 6 of us we wouldn’t have all been able to sit in the lounge. Only 4 knives (there were 5 of us). Lock on the bin - nowhere did it state where the code for the lock was, the recycle bin was overflowing when we arrived and got emptied the day we left, a note in the kitchen said that milk had been left in the fridge, bedroom cabinet in twin room- wobbles like mad, not even enough toilet roll to last us 1 day - a quarter of a small roll if that, no washing machine, you hear every creak so noisy. No way at all is this a 5 star property that is not right at all (we cottage twice a year and this is the worst I’ve been in for many years) and no way is it worth the money that’s being charged. The one positive is that it is in the centre of the town so easy access to beach and shops etc.
