Für Besuch in Bristol gut geeignet
Wir haben 2 Nächte in dem Hotel übernachtet und waren wegen verschiedener anderer schlechten Bewertungen auf einiges eingestellt. Diese teilweisen schlechten Bewertungen können wir, soweit sie das Hotel betreffen jedoch nicht nachvollziehen. Hotel liegt an der Autobahn bei einem Rasthof. Daher muss man sich darüber im klaren sein, dass es dort nicht immer leise zugeht. 8-10 min Fussweg zur Bushaltestation nach Bristol. Sauberkeit, Personal ok. Zimmer sehr gross, gutes Bett. Preis / Leistung ok. Wer ins Restaurant geht, sollte sich unbedingt auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen. Qualität auch nicht gerade herausragend. Unser Fazit: Hotel gut, Restaurant verbesserungswürdig.

Gute Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalt
die Unterkunft war echt gut und nur zu empfehlen. Leider reisen einige Gäste so spät an oder früh ab, dass ein manchmal halt doch eher "lautes" kommen und gehen herrscht.

Sehr gute Anbindung ans Autobahnnetz. Ruhige Lage. Sehr gute Zimmerausstattung. Gute Versorgung mit Gastronomieeinrichtungen.

The hotel and staff were excellent but it obviously isn’t in the nicest of areas being in a motorway services. The sign indicating the hotel doesn’t give you enough notice for turning right onto the hidden slip road, I had passed it before realising and then you’re in a one way system and have to go all the way round again

It's a budget hotel and fitted the bill for my overnight stay. It's value for money. There was no shower and l didn't realise until l was soaking wet. However a new bottle was brought to me straight away after l called reception.

The location is convenient being situated on a motorway services. It is extremely clean and modern and well maintained. The member of staff who checked me in was polite and friendly. Although situated in a motorway services it is quiet.

Excellent hotel for the price, was cleaner and more spacious than expected. Idea location for a mid journey break or heading into Bristol. Signage leading to the hotel was not great, so would recommend looking closely at a map to avoid ending up going back around the roundabout again!

It's A motorway services area so not the most attractive place to stay but it is convenient for the transport links, and Cribbs causeway. Certainly nothing to complain about.

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient on checkin and food was great for the price and a service station hotel. Room was by reception on our visit unfortunately there were other guests clearly ‘making an evening of it’ and loudly outside our room when smoking and were still there when we went to catch our flight at 3am chatting to reception

Our room was clean less for the bin in the bathroom being emptied. The staff were really lovely and friendly so that’s a 5 star but the breakfast was a bit of a let down as it was luke warm and lacked choice. That said, we dined at 10am.

For the purpose of our overnight stay, the hotel did the job. The bedding and towels were clean and reasonably comfortable and the complimentary tea tray was clean too. The carpet had undeterminable red stains which it didn't appear had been cleaned or attempted to be cleaned. One bedside light didn't work. The remote for the TV didn't work which I believe was the batteries. The other guests were so very noisy, arguing too on the corridor before 6 in the morning, unlucky for us! The 1cm gap between door and frame meant we could hear everything and the corridor lights shone right through too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, check in and out very easy. We didn't need to dine there so don't know about those facilities but looked quite welcoming from reception.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They can't do enough for you. Food in the restaurant was rasty and freshly cooked. Bedrooms are comfortable and well stocked, but a little tired. Have stayed here twice now, and would stay here again!

Not clean.
Hotel was nice however room was very dusty I did try and call the hotel but no answer. I checked out and left my toiletry bag in the room I was told to send a pre paid box which I did. They could have just posted it back and I would have paid the fee. Because of the dust I was sneezing all night I did not have a good night sleep.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good price. As we had no car, we did find it a bit tricky to walk along the highway to get to the bus stop. But it is an easy bus ride to city center. Other than a couple fast food places and a grocery store, there is no place else you can walk to, like pubs or restaurants, but it is a great hotel to stay in at night after a day of exploring Bristol.
