All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed & ...
