Hi Michelle,Our rooms are all studio rooms stated on our websites/advertisements, not a apartment style room. We apologise about our breakfast option also. We will update this for future guests. Our restaurant has been permanently closed for over 3 years now, which is explained on all our websites. Our staff are more than happy to provide eatery options when called upon, we are here to help! Sorry that some of these things werent up to your standed. We hope you were able to enjoy the stay where you could.

Hi Richard, Thankyou for your review. We do understand the WiFi was a problem during your stay and we are currently in the process of upgrading this system. We apologise for any inconvenience. In terms of Microwave, we do have a communal microwave on a terrace area that guests are allowed to access. Unfortunately, due to lisencing/insurance purposes we arent able to have any cooking facilities in the rooms, which is stated on our room description.
