Thank you for your review. The villa you booked was an Ocean View villa and overlooks the roofs of the Beach & Ocean View villas and so you only get a view from upstairs. Photos of both types of villas are shown. The Beach & Ocean View villas are a little more than the Ocean View villas. NBN is being put through on the island at the end of the year so hopefully that will improve things. There is the option to purchase more internet for $2.00 a day or $6.00 a week if you want more. We hope to see you again.

Thank you for your review. The apartment you booked is an outside rental. Pandanus Palms manages this apartment however the property is described as 8th on Roseby not part of Pandanus Palms. The facilities of the resort are not available for guests of 8th on Roseby. The restaurant is open to the general public. I'm sorry if you feel you were misled.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. The WiFi is only $2.00 for a day or $6.00 for the week. The free hour is usually enough to check emails and we find many people have their own for anything more. As for the amenities, we provide a starter pack. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase from the local supermarket. You certainly do not have to purchase from us. None of our villas have air conditioning but do have ceiling or pedestal fans and usually a nice sea breeze. The works being performed were from a tradesman from the mainland and, whilst we prefer no work to be carried out on weekends, sometimes it is unavoidable. Once again, I am sorry you were disappointed in your accommodation.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your stay. As advised, we do provide a starter pack only and further items can be purchased from the local supermarket. The cot provided is a porta-cot and the mattress is what comes with the cot. We do not assemble the cots as we are not sure where guests would like them. Villas are cleaned and fresh linen provided if guests stay more than 7 days. I'm sorry your stay was not up to your expectations. We are currently in the process of upgrading villas.

Dear Suresh. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I'm sorry it was up to your expectations. As advised, you are supplied with a starter pack only of soap, toilet paper etc. The owner has advised they are coming to stay for the whole of May in order to rectify some maintenance issues. An electrician has been and checked the dryer. He found it irreparable and a new one is on the way. I did offer to dry your clothes however you chose to use the clothes line. I would have been more than happy to dry your clothes should you have required it. Once again I am sorry your stay was not all you expected.
