Dieses große moderne Beahchouse wurde Ende 2011 renoviert und eignet sich perfekt für zwei Familien, um gemeinsam Urlaub zu machen. Von den offenen Wohnbereichen im Obergeschoss haben Sie einen guten Blick auf das Meer bis nach Moreton Island. Es gibt eine große Terrasse neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Gartenmöbeln und Grillplatz. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen eigenen Küchen- / Essbereich und eine Nintendo-Lounge. Bequem zu Fuß zu den Stränden und dem Straddie Hotel.

Eigenschaften:

5 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer (einschließlich 3 ensuites), oben 2 Königinnen, 1 Tri-Koje (doppelt auf der Unterseite und einzeln auf der Oberseite), unten Koje mit 2 Kojen, Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer mit ensuite. Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, TV im Wohnzimmer sowie Fernseher in zwei der Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, DVD-Player, Auto-Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gasgrill auf dem Deck. Interne Split-Level-Schritte.

Bettwäsche Wird für Buchungen nach dem 12.01.18 geliefert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Betten nicht bezogen sind und die Bettwäsche bei der Schlüsselübergabe möglicherweise an unser Büro zurückgegeben werden muss.

Long winter weekend at Straddie

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our stay. When at home the kids could entertain themselves downstairs and the adults had plenty of space upstairs to relax.

Great for large groups but for price needs some simple upgrades.

Excellent balcony, beautiful view and large living areas. Internet and Foxtel provided. Plenty of beds, cookware, plates for large groups. It was quite dusty and not cleaned well. Some of the rooms get very hot as you can't leave the door open because they aren't secure and can be accessed from the road. The fans provided aren't effective and the curtains are sheer so let a lot of morning sun in.

The bunk bed was not super comfortable. The house was in a great location though the driveway was very steep and not practical for parking a car in the garage. The house was lacking in cleanliness in some areas. Under the beds and couches were particularly dirty. A backyard would have been well utilised as we had young children staying. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this properly.

Reviewer Comments: The staff at Ray White were very helpful, friendly and professional at all times. The property 19A George Nothling Drive was in a great location. Nice views and very spacious. However.... This house needs some money spent on it. It needs a deep clean of basic things like window venetians (dirty) fans, window and door tracks. Dirty and off the hinges. Tops of kitchen cupboards were dirty dusty, as were light fittings. The oven and cook plate were greasy. Light bulbs in some areas did not work. Some of the bedding eg spare blankets and doona were marked and stained. The owners need to allocate some money for this property.
