🏡 Guest Capacity & Booking Details
• The house accommodates up to 12 guests to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Standard rates apply for up to 6 guests. Additional guests (over 6) incur a charge of $50 per person, per night.
• Smaller group bookings: Some bedrooms may be locked off. If you require specific bedding configurations or full access, please let us know—additional fees may apply.
• The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed booking details. Any extra guests not agreed upon in advance will be charged at $50 per person, per night, with a strict maximum of 12 guests.

• If there are no same-day guests before or after your stay, we may accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
• To guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, a $200 fee applies (as we will block the night before/after in our calendar).
• Alternatively, within 24 hours of check-in or check-out, you may request a late check-out or early check-in at $50 per hour (capped at $200).

Kate was such a lovely host. The property was stunning, more then we could've hoped for. The interior is beautiful even has a projector in a room to keep the kids settled at night. The view is to die for with a gorgeous space for fun outdoor activities. Kate was super helpful and communication was absolutely on point. We cannot wait to come back!! 10/5 stars!!!!

This was our first time renting this house for the weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The view was absolutely amazing, and the sunset was nothing short of spectacular. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were plenty of rooms with very comfortable beds.Despite the weather, we had a wonderful weekend. We were even visited by a kangaroo and a kookaburra, which made the stay feel even more special and uniquely Australian.Kate was incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome from the start. I would highly recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views and great amenities.Jan
