„Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving. If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled ...

„Check in schlecht. Spiegelt auch das wieder, dass ich bis heute weder auf meine Frage bei der Buchung trotz noch zweimaligem Nachfragen, noch auf die Frage vorm Check In eine Antwort erhalten hatte. Flur dreckig, Zimmer dreckig, Handtuch dreckig. Außerdem Zimmer muffig, Klimaanlage defekt und alle Notausgänge die ganze Zeit offen. Sind deshalb auch nach einer Nacht abgereist“

„The hotel is located in the center of Coleshill and can be reached by public transportation, however it is in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are nicely decorated but rather small. The bathroom was clean but had a weird smell, not sure if it was mold, as there was no visible signs of it. As I said it was clean and remodeled. Breakfast was okay had everything you would excpect in the UK, little buffet for cold breakfast and hot breakfast was to be ordered.“
