In reply to your reviewSorry to read you did not enjoy your stay with usNot sure what you meant you have stayed in Hotels offered much better room facilities in the rooms, do not know which one of our rooms you stayed in , all our bedrooms are well appointed with en-suite bathrooms that have spa baths with built in tv in the wall, these type of facilities are only usually found in top end Hotels Not sure what the noise you could hear ?, there was a telephone by the side of your bed, you should have called down to Reception and we could have investigated, if only guests would mention any problems they have while they are staying and not wait till they get home, as which point the Hotels could try and rectified the problem or at least it gives them the chance When you booked with us you must have clicked on the cheapest option, bed only For those that choose this option, we offer breakfast at additional charge 17.50, this leads me onto the comet you made regarding the price, there are establishments around the bay that are charging 10.00 just for a full English, for a extra 7.50 with us you can have as much as you want,Example, fruit juice, tea and coffee Grapefruit, Prunes Fruit Salad ,choice of Cereals, ,Yogurt, Toast etc, Toasted Bagels ,Muffin with Smoked Salmon which Hotels usually charge extra for also Eggs Benedict , Porridge, Pancakes Boiled Eggs, Fresh Croissants, Eggs FlorentineYes establishments like premier inn charge less, but we are not premier inn Yes we are upset that you felt that breakfast was not good value, although you said it was very good The management and staff try hard to see that guests enjoy their stay, hopefully you will give us another chance when you are next in the area Sorry to read you did not enjoyed your stay with us

So pleased to read you enjoyed your stay with us Sorry you did not like our Christmas decorations, we do get a lot of local customers that come to the Hotel every year near Christmas time just to see them ,they say the decorations give the Hotel a very christmassy feel The large hanging decorations maybe not to everyones taste but we do have high ceilings and not to hang anything from them leaves it looking very bare Look forward to seeing you again soon

Sorry to read you thought you bedroom was a bit dated, we are a traditional Georgian building Pleased you like your bathroom which all have built in bathroom tv and spa baths During out of season we give our Guests the option of booking bed only, looking back when you booked on line you booked bed only , you would have had the option to book bed and breakfast for extra £5.00 per person During the summer season we were charging £165.00 bed and breakfast for 2 people, we like to think that our out of season tariff is comparable to other Hotels in the area Hopefully you enjoyed your stay with us and we will see you again
