„This was a lovely place to stay. The place was reasonably well equipped, and very clean, and the owner's communications were first rate. The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer it would be a bit noisy with the promenade fun fair just at the end of the road, but that wasn't a problem this time of year. „the apartment and stairway was basically clean and not to a high standard, the kitchen window was very dirty and hidden behind a net curtain which to me dated the place, the apartment in general wasnt to a high standard and finish, but that aside we enjoyed the stay“

„This property is steps away from the beach and you can see the sea from the living room and bedroom. The beach is sandy and miles long. It’s an easy walk to the Cow Shed tea rooms in Fraisthorpe or Bridlington. The property is easily accessed by car with its own large drive. „Lovely quiet location, amazing sea views, with sunrise particularly stunning, and the lucky sighting of dolphins one day! Comfortable and well furnished, heating easy to control. Beds not as large as we are used to, and pillows not too comfy, so no really good night's sleep. If the owner could ever put a glass front to the balcony, so you could sit and see the view, that would put the flat into another tier of excellence.
