It has a usable area of approximately 111m2.



The charming living room features a seating area with a smart TV with streaming options and a comfortable dining area. The open-plan kitchen has all modern conveniences including a combination oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.



You can access the generous balcony from all bedrooms and the living room. The balcony has patio furniture and extends along the side of the apartment. Thanks to the corner location, you have various viewpoints of the stunning surroundings, including the Westerschelde and the North Sea. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset in the background with a glass of good wine or a delicious dinner.



The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, double washbasin and a toilet. The other bathroom can be accessed from the hall and has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet in the apartment.



The apartment also has internal storage. You can park one car for free in the underground car park (maximum clearance: 2 metres). There is a private charging station for your electric car with your parking space. The car park also has a communal, secured bike shed for your (electric) bike. You can of course use the Wi-Fi for free during your stay.
