Besser geht es (fast) nicht.
Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, keine langen Wege mit Gepäck. Grundstück eingezäunt und dicht ( der Hund kann nicht weg). Haus klein und gemütlich und Alles praktisch eingerichtet. Küche komplett und gut nutzbar. WLAN ohne Probleme. Usw usw. Das Badezimmer oben neben dem Schlafzimmer optimal. 2 Hinweise: die Treppe nach oben ist eng und steil, ich musste mit meinem breiten Schultern 😊 vorsichtig hoch. Die Lage ist jwd, für Nichtberliner: Janz weit draußen, deshalb ganz ruhig, aber keine Geschäfte in der Nähe. Kontakt zu den Vermietern perfekt und schnell. Lage optimal für Besuche von Mont Saint Michel und Landungsstränden. Badestrande waren Ende März nicht interessant. Für meine Ansprüche 120% empfehlenswert.

Klein, ruhig, gemütlich
Das schöne Häuschen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Grünen und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Unser Hund hat den Garten sehr genossen. Bréceys Ortskern ist schnell mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub.

The house is really nice and enough space for max. 2 persons. It all works and it is very clean. It is lokated between farmers. Very nice garden for dogs. It is everything here to stay for a while! Great sky watching in the night. Warning for those who have dogs - Mt.St. Michel makes no sence with big dogs and isles Chaussey - the ferry is a nightmare!!! It is overbooked until the roof, very unfriendly handling on the boat. You pay a high price for the dogs but there is absolutely no space for them. Very dangerous! NEVER MAKE THIS TRIP WITH DOGS! Even in Oktober! But the house of Paul and Sue is really great!

Klein aber fein
Schönes kleines Haus mit großem Garten. Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, allerdings zu einer Seite nur 60-70 cm hoch. Wir haben bei bestem Wetter 2 schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten im Ort, wo es einen großen Supermarkt gibt und mehrere Bäckereien. Vom Haus aus kann man viele sternförmige Ausflüge machen. Gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße rauf kommt man in ein Waldstück, ideal um eine schöne kleine oder auch größere Runde mit dem Hund zu gehen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für zwei
Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, denn die Treppe in das Obergeschoss ist eng und steil. Empfehlenswert!

Beautiful little cottage
We spent an 8 day vacation in this beautiful house in early September 2021. It is really adorable and big enough for 2 people (+ dog). It has everything that makes your vacation pleasant (fully equipped kitchen, TV, Internet, DVD and large film collection, etc.). The location is very quiet in the middle of corn fields, but not too far away from many sights of Normandie (eg.Le Mont-Saint-Michel, Gourville-sur-Mer etc). The fenced property is perfect for dogs and also has several plum trees, the fruits were just ripe during our vacation time, so we were supplied with a lot of fruits :) Sue and Paul are also very nice hosts so we can only highly recommend this vacation home!

Wir sind begeistert von diesem kleinen Haus, das liebevoll restauriert und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Es ist perfekt für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub. Erholsame Ferien
Das kleine Häuschen hat uns bei der Buchung nicht zuviel versprochen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollends bestätigt. Ein wunderschönes Häuschen in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht um dort erholsame Ferien zu machen. Wir haben fast immer selber gekocht oder gegrillt und sind bezüglich Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, die wir auf den umliegenden Märkten gekauft haben, vollends auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Einmal gingen wir auswärts essen und haben es bei der Moulin de Jan sehr genossen. Der Service und das Essen waren sensationell. Mit dem Hund haben wir täglich herrliche Spaziergänge in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gemacht. Für Velotouren ist die Umgebung sehr geeignet, da es meist relativ flach ist mit kleinen Steigungen. Es gibt viel Nebenstrassen, die wenig befahren sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut um die Normandie, aber auch die Bretagne zu erkunden. Danke Paul und Sue, dass wir eure Boulangerie benutzen durften. Myriam und Pascal

Niedliches Haus, schönes Grundstück und ganz viel Ruhe!
Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Unser kleiner Hund hat sich vor allem über den großen Garten gefreut. Wir würden es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Perfect location to spend some quiet and relaxing days!
We enjoyed our stay at La Boulangerie a lot. The cottage was even a bit larger than expected and everything we needed was there. It was clean and very quiet. We stayed at the cottage in winter and found the heating working perfectly well - we were never cold. The garden was beautiful, too. The adjoining fields are inviting to walks. Brécey is a cute little village and we found everything we needed at the local supermarket. We will come back!

Lovely Stay at La Boulangerie
This was our second stay at La Boulangerie. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really felt at home. The cottage is in a quiet location in lovely countryside with beautiful views. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants, bienveillants et je les remercie pour nous avoir partagé leur havre de paix. Nous étions près du Mont st Michel 40 min en voiture mais aussi près des sentiers du littoral et a 30 min de cascades, et oui il y en a en Normandie dans les terres . Bref entre terre et mer , hyper reposant, franchement je compte bien y retourner. Merci Sue et Paul .

Great week relaxing and exploring Normandy / Brittany border.
La Boulangerie may be small, but is superbly equipped and renovated to a very high standard. It is very private in a rural location with great views of the surrounding countryside and sunloungers, bikes and BBQ available for use. So many interesting places to visit within 30-60 mins drive and amazing empty beaches to the south and north of Granville. We loved it.

Away from the masses
It was very nice. Small, everything you need and very quite in the area. Some great shops nearby and located in the center of a lot of big cities to go and explore. The dogs had a great time in the fenced garden. Not every part of the garden is fenced evenly high, but it was good enough for us. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Mooi huisje op een prachtige plek
Het huisje is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het was heel schoon. Wij hebben een mooie week gehad en veel gezien in de omgeving! De D-day stranden en verschillende museums bezocht. En een dag naar Le Mont Saint Michel is ook zeker aan te bevelen.

Quand nous avons vu la petite maison nous avons flasher dessus. Pas grande mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le calme la nature et quelle chance pendant cinq jours du soleil Le Bourg de Brecey ne se trouve pas très loin avec boulangeries, presse et même un super u tres bien achalandé mais il faut absolument une voiture pour se déplacer L'Annonce et les photos sont bien conformes à la réalité Des petits cadeaux nous attendent à notre venue une délicate attention Nous recommandons cette petite maisonnette Merci à paul Sue et Sally

We had a fantastic week in this delightful little cottage, with plenty of chilled out relaxing. It’s very comfy with everything you need in the property. The garden and orchard is a lovely accompaniment to the cottage and the location is perfect, very quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute drive into town. Cosy cottage for two in quiet setting - love it
The perfekt cottage for two. Comfortable, well equipped, situated on the most peaceful, undisturbed spot and at the same time with all places of interest in Normandy and Brittany withen easy reach. This was out second stay - and we are already thinking of a third. We would definitely recommend Sue and Paul’s unique little cottage.
