Cocoonr is offering this charming 150 m² holiday cottage for rent in Braye, near Soissons, which can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Nestled in lush green surroundings, this unique retreat dedicated to music and the arts is ideal for a holiday with family, friends or to mark a special occasion. Combining a warm, welcoming atmosphere, comfort and natural beauty, Les Clés de CENSIBELE invites you to enjoy a relaxing break where you can unwind and get away from it all.

The holiday cottage comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outside, there is a magnificent 7,500 m² private garden, with a terrace, a wooded area and a pond. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, two sofas and a wood-burning stove
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen with a central island, including: fridge, oven, combination microwave, 4-ring induction hob, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, etc.
- A separate utility room with: fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, storage space
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Six music- and art-themed bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200), which can be configured as a king-size bed (180×200). Each has its own unique style – choose yours: ‘Backstage’, ‘Pop Star’, ‘Jazz’, ‘Harmony’, ‘Symphony’ or ‘The Composer’.
The initial layout will be 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
- A bathroom with a bath, double washbasin and toilet
– Two shower rooms with a shower and washbasin
- A bathroom area in one of the bedrooms with a shower cubicle and washbasin
- A separate toilet
- A landing converted into a relaxation area

For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A large 120 m² terrace surrounding the house, with one section facing south and another facing west.
Garden furniture provided (table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers, garden furniture set)
- A beautiful garden comprising two interconnected areas: 500 m² of fenced-in grounds surrounding the house (garden + terrace) and approximately 7,000 m² of wooded land with a pond

The entire garden is private and enclosed. The wooded area with the pond is separate and can be locked for added security, particularly for children.
A small vegetable patch is available for guests’ use near the terrace (cherry tomatoes, soft fruits – redcurrants, blackberries, herbs, mint… depending on the season).

The holiday cottage is situated in a tiny village of 200 inhabitants, in a peaceful, green setting. There are no neighbours directly opposite, and the terrace is sheltered from view.
There is a charming little church nearby (and the bells don’t ring at night!).
The town of Crouy is a 5-minute drive away, with all the necessary shops (bakery, post office, butcher’s, supermarkets…) and Soissons is a 10-minute drive away (railway station, lively historic town centre, renovated banks of the Aisne, Saint-Jean-des-Vignes Abbey, Saint-Gervais-Saint-Protais Cathedral…)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard and on the private, fenced plot (5 cars).

- Reims-Prunay airport is 71km away and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport is 80km away.

- We offer a standard room configuration (4 double rooms / 2 twin rooms). Please contact our booking office if you wish to make any changes when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- The wood-burning stove is in working order. Firewood is provided free of charge for the stove or barbecue.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
