Nice room, but I don't trust the management
The stay was quite good. The room had enough space and the beds were good. The room service was only available on request. The accommodation is Motel-like with the cars parking in front of the rooms. This can cause quite some noise from your neighbors. In addition, the Brackley Beach Northwinds is located at a crossroad with noise of the traffic. Unfortunately, I forgot my Swiss watch in the room when we left the Brackley Beach and PEI. The positive point was that the housekeeping brought the watch to the reception and they contacted me via email. We had several conversations and the Brackley Beach Northwinds promised me several time to send me the watch by post. I intended to refund all expenses and efforts they have, to get my Swiss watch back. Despite all promises, I didn’t get it back and I assume that now the manager of the Brackley Beach has taken the ownership of my watch. It’s a shame that they misused my trust and that they are not able to provide a little extra service.

The desk manager was VERY helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The linens were a little worn. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to a health issue. Disappointed that I was not refunded at least one night of the three nights we had paid for. Property was within their rights, but poor public relations.

The building is run down, water pipes and air conditioning extremely noisy, house keeping is poor, bed half made-up, last day the receptionist showed up one hour late.

We booked not knowing where to go or stay. First time to pei. If u wish to be closer to it may be to far, but its not really that far. Good place to stay, nice rooms and staff. Guy within walking distance, in a small trailer makes great fresh chinese food. Real homemade chicken balls and dumplings. Provincial park real close.

I'm glad you were able to get in a good meal at Shirley's--the menu is varied and lots of people like to return there for the food.The Prince Edward Island National Park is a four minute drive away, so you are 100% there--it's really close!We loved having you stay with us during your PEI stay and hope to see you again in the future!

Very nice, clean, modern room. Indoor saltwater pool was great. Sauna and hot tub were excellent too. Friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes drive to Brackly Beach! Nearby drive in movie theatre is a nice bonus as well.

Part of the complex is brand new following a tragic fire... I stayed in one of those units and it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. No complaints. The front desk staff are as friendly and accommodating as you'll find anywhere.

Excellent property; great room. Will visit again! Only downfall was size of pool. Too small for such a large property. Hours of pool are also a bit too short.

Did not give us the correct room the first night of stay, the toilet overflowed, hot water ran out twice. They worked on the toilet right away, moved us to the correct room that we paid for but the hot water was still an issue. They also issued us a partial credit for the first night.
