„We enjoyed every minute of our one-week stay. The house is one of the places which by itself makes a vacation special. Kitchen and living area are very spacious with wonderful looks into the surrounding landscape. We were actually happy about a rainy morning so that we were forced to stay at home and not go out for a hike. We love cooking for ourselves and the kitchen is fully equipped. „The house is very well equipped, very tidy and clean and has a lot of space. Everything was well prepred and we got useful information in advance to find the house. The landlord is very kind, she prepared even some welcome food for us and gave us many helpful tipps. We loved staying there. The place is very quiet but close to Borth (5 min by car) and Aberystwyz (20 min by car).“

„Booked at the very last minute as visiting mid wales after a week in Snowdonia. The cottage is on quite a busy road, but wasn’t too bad at night and convenient for the town centre and for visiting Ynys Hir and the Osprey centre . Bring your own tea and coffee as none provided . Coop just up the road and reasonable pub food at the Red Lion just a short walk up the road. Bed comfortable and clean . Good Wi Fi connection. 35 mins from Aberystwyth.“

„Wir können das Cottage nur jedem empfehlen. Ein Traum von einem Ausblick, schöne Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür und kurze Wege mit dem Auto in die wundervolle Kleinstadt Barmouth. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat reibungslos funktioniert.“

„D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility ...
