The property lies in southern Umbria (100 kms northern of Rome) in a hilly and quiet location at 5 kms from the town of Amelia. In perfect harmony with the landscape, the two stone houses have been furnished in a simple but warm way in order to re-propose the typical taste of the traditional buildings. The pool area lies at 70 meters from the house, it has a 14 by 7 meter pool (depth from 1 to 1,4 meter) and it's for private use of the tenant. The pool area is fenced, so it's safe for families with young children. The property has in total 13 bed places/6 bedrooms, shared over 3 apartments. It is suitable for up to 16 persons (there are also sofa beds in the living room) and there are also 2 baby cots. Each apartment has: 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the dining/living room, kitchen, 1 or 2 bathrooms and own outdoor area with table and chairs. The biggest apartment has one bedroom with double and single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment on the 1st floor of the same building has 1 bedroom with doube bed and one with 2 single beds. The last apartment lies in the alongside building and has 1 bedroom with doube bed and one with 2 single beds. This apartments is also suitable for wheelchair users. It is possible to eat all together in the spacious living room located on the ground floor of the biggest apartment, where the stone fireplace creates a delightful atmosphere and it's ideal for lovely and tasty dinner among friends. If you prefer to eat outside then you can use the large porch (equipped with barbecue). Wi-fi internet connection available. Shops, supermarkets (also open on Sunday) are available at 5 kms in the town of Amelia. The nearest restaurant is at 500 meters from the property, where it is possible to try typical local dishes. More restaurants at 5-6 kms. For the lovers of nature, relax and quietness, walks are possible along country paths through the woods.
