A short walk or drive takes you further, to the golf course, or into Maharepa for a coffee or some shopping, so daily conveniences stay close while the villa itself remains sealed off from passersby.

In the evening, you might head out for dinner at Keiki restaurant nearby, or stay in and arrange an in-home massage on the terrace as the light fades over the lagoon, never needing to leave the property at all. Other evenings might mean a game of ping pong or badminton on the grounds, a swim at dusk, or dinner cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and eaten outside, watching the water change color.

The Space

Villa Tiarenui has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, well suited to families or groups traveling together. The living room and every bedroom are air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped, and wifi covers the whole property.

At the end of a private right-of-way, a wide opaque gate — kept closed at all times — opens onto a 5,300 m² park of sandy soil and lush vegetation: coconut trees, palm trees, and plants typical of the atolls. An inlet borders two of the three sides of the grounds, while the beach, lagoon, and a pristine coral garden form the third. This is a fully private residence, with no public land access and no shared grounds, so children can play and run safely across the property.

Location

Villa Tiarenui is a 5-minute drive from Moorea airport and 10 minutes from the ferry wharf. Fare la Canadienne and the Takeya grocery store are both right in front of the property, easily reached on foot or by bike. The golf course and the shops and restaurants of Maharepa, along with Keiki restaurant, are just two minutes away, keeping daily conveniences within reach while the villa itself stays completely private, sealed off from passersby.

Amenities & Activities

Water sports equipment is provided to make the most of the lagoon: snorkeling right in front of the villa over the coral garden is easy for children and adults alike, and kayaking further out toward the reef is also available. On land, ping pong, badminton, and swings complete the grounds for guests of all ages. In-home massage can also be arranged for those who prefer to stay in.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM and if the planning is ok, we stay flexible for your convenience . This is a no-smoking property. Land access is by the closed gate only — no public right of way crosses the grounds.
