Welcome to Asili House, a private beachfront villa on the beautiful Tiwi coast of Kenya.

Asili House is a place to slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life by the ocean. The beach is just steps away, while the private swimming pool and adjoining gazebo create a relaxed space right alongside the house where everyone can swim, play, eat, or simply unwind together.

The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth has two double beds that can be used separately or combined into one large king-size bed, giving families and groups the flexibility to configure the room to suit their needs.

Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, thoughtfully designed with a modern Swahili style that reflects the character of the Kenyan coast. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day. The house has backup power to ensure no inconvenience during your stay.

One of the things that makes Asili House special is the care that comes with staying here. A private chef prepares your meals during your stay, so you can enjoy fresh, home-cooked food without having to worry about shopping or cooking. Our house team is there to make your stay comfortable while giving you plenty of privacy to enjoy the house and beach at your own pace.

The house opens naturally onto the pool and gazebo area, creating an easy connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. It's a place where everyone can gather — for a leisurely lunch, an afternoon swim, drinks in the shade, or simply spending time together.

And then there is the beach. Step beyond the house and you are just moments from the sand and the Indian Ocean. Whether you're heading out for a morning walk, letting the children play, swimming in the sea, or watching the sunset, the beach is always right there.

The days at Asili House tend to develop their own rhythm. Swim in the pool, walk along the beach, enjoy a meal prepared by your chef, take an afternoon nap, or simply sit together and enjoy the ocean. There is no need to plan every moment — the house is designed for relaxing and enjoying time together.

Asili House is located on Tiwi Beach, just 20 minutes north of Diani. It offers the peace and privacy of a beachfront home while still being close enough to Diani to enjoy its restaurants, shops, activities, and other attractions when you want to venture out.

This isn't a resort and it isn't a hotel. It's a home on the beach — a place to come together with the people you love, have someone else cook dinner, let the children run barefoot, and enjoy a few days where there is nowhere you need to be.
