The Annexe at Clarendon House is a self-contained one bedroom residence attached to the main residence at Clarendon House. With it’s own private entrance, it comfortably sleeps two with all ground floor living. With the locally renowned Westbourne with it’s selection of local boutiques and eateries around the corner, Clarendon Road provides the perfect base for eating, shopping and exploring whilst in Bournemouth.

The Annexe at Clarendon House benefits from a double bedroom with large window and hanging space. The open plan kitchen/living area has a large sofa, smart TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances for everything needed for your stay, including an oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink, mirror and heated towel rail. Linens and towels will be provided for your stay.

Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. Pes allowed in line with our house rules. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form in order to facilitate a smooth check-in.

- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
