## Emplacement
The building is located halfway between Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the Arc 1600 ski resort. It's on the road to Les Arcs, close to the "Les Granges" funicular stop. It's in a quiet, tree-lined setting and enjoys plenty of sunshine. It's within easy reach of all the shops in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Arc 1600 and the entire Paradiski area. Bicycle paths and hiking trails are nearby.
