„Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.“

„Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding ...

Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. “
