„No complaints, everything was amazing and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday there and they did so many nice things to make it special. The room was a dream, the views are to die for, and the food was incredible. Our meal at Sul Verde was a highlight of the trip, highly recommend! Das Zimmer war wirklich groß aber sehr ungemütlich, weil der Boden komplett mit einer komischen Plastikfolie bedeckt war und die Möbel/Dekoration teilweise etwas alt war. Das Zimmer braucht jedenfalls eine richtige Renovierung. Das Bad ist auch extrem alt. Die Türen schützen kaum gegen äußeren Geräusche, das kann schon ein Problem zum schlafen sein ...

They did accidentally deliver our room service breakfast to the wrong room one morning but we're quick to make it right and didn't charge us for the inconvenience. The concierges were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we asked for anything.“
