There are a number of circular walks available from your doorstep, while a short drive will bring you to a host of long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and picturesque fishing villages including Doc Martin’s famous Port Isaac. Nearby attractions also include King Arthur’s Tintagel, Launceston Steam Railway, National Sea Life Aquarium and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Step across the wooden bridge that brings you to the front door of this charming property and walk into the impressive open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. Featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and ceiling trusses, slate floors and French windows opening out to a Juliet balcony, this is a stunning space. In the kitchen area, you will find a cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave. A table and chairs sits in the French window, while the sitting area beyond features comfortable leather sofas, an electric wood burner a Smart TV with Freeview, perfect for relaxing evenings in.
