Summary:

Welcome to Cala Bianca, a cosy family flat where the sea view unfolds from the living room as much as from the terrace. The main living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, has two beds, and there's also a separate cabin bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The terrace comes with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a private parking space is included. A warm bolt-hole for 6, between the Provencal village of Bormes-les-Mimosas and the beaches of Le Lavandou.



The Space:

Cala Bianca is a 31 m² flat designed with families and groups in mind, with a sea view that unfolds from the living room as much as from the terrace. The air-conditioned main living area is bright and sunny, thanks to its large glass door.



The living area is built around an open, well-equipped kitchen, with a high table for meals — dishwasher and washing machine included, making everyday life easier for a larger group. For sleeping, a 140 x 190 cm fold-down double bed and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed let you set up the space as needed.



A separate cabin bedroom completes the flat, with two single bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) — a cosy little space designed for children. The bathroom, with its walk-in shower, rounds things out.



To note: air conditioning is only in the main room; the cabin bedroom does not have it. The flat is accessed via several steps and does not have a lift.



Guest Access:

Access to the flat is fully self-service via a key box. A private, assigned parking space (number 5) is available for your use within the residence. The flat is accessed without a lift, via several steps from the parking area.



The Neighborhood:

Cala Bianca sits in a quiet residential area of Bormes-les-Mimosas, within the Residence du Soleil, in a peaceful setting away from the bustle of the coast.



A car is the most practical way to reach the beach and the centre of Le Lavandou, just a few minutes' drive away, as well as the flower-filled old village of Bormes-les-Mimosas with its Provencal lanes. For the more energetic, the beach and Le Lavandou can also be reached on foot, in around thirty minutes (allow a bit longer on the way back, as the slope is more noticeable going uphill). Le Lavandou's harbour has boat links to the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros). The nearest train stations are in Hyères or Toulon, and Toulon-Hyères is the closest airport.



Other Things to Note:

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form — a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked for a form of ID at this stage, in line with current legal requirements.



The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning and bed linen are provided for every stay. Paid extra services are available on request after booking confirmation.



Cala Bianca is a non-smoking property, with no pets and no parties allowed. Please take good care of the property — charges may apply for any damage found.
