Sehr gut, dennoch zu teuer!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und effizient. Die Ausstattung ist nicht besser, als man es erwarten kann. Der Zimmerpreis, circa € 500,00 pro Nacht ist aber keinesfalls gerechtfertigt, weder von der Lage noch von der Ausstattung her. Deshalb fragen Sie wohl auch nicht nach dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis?!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und man kommt mit Tram und Bus überall hin. Trotz der guten Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig und im Innenhof kann man sich gut entspannen. Unser Zimmer wat eher klein.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer aber leider nur einen ganz schmalen Kleiderschrank bei fünf Nächten. Das Frühstück wäre ganz fein gewesen aber leider haben sie nur ganz spärlich nach gefüllt. Das Personal aber sehr nett und immer am arbeiten.

Das Hotel ist gleichzeitig modern und alt. Das Gebäude ist alt und wurde im Charakter auch so erhalten. Der Eingangsbereich, das Treppenhaus, die Fenster in unserem Zimmer und das Parkett sind alt und gut aufgearbeitet worden. Im Zimmer selber, unseres hatte ca. 30m2, war die Einrichtung modern und technisch sehr gut. Eine sehr witzige gute Lösung war die sehr große Dusche mitten im Raum mit Dopelwaschtisch davor. Die Toilette war in einem Extraraum. Das Bett war schön groß und hatte einen sehr guten Liegekomfort. Es gab eine kleine Sitzecke vor dem Fenster. Unser doch reichliches Gepäck fand Platz und auch technisch waren wir zufrieden. Es gab gutes WLAN (streamen war möglich), einen großen Flatscreen auf dem Arte in deutsch zu empfangen war. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, was kein Problem war. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist 50m um die Eckee und es gibt eine Be-und Entladezone direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück gibt es von 07:30 bis 10:30 Uhr und war sehr gut. Wir haben sehr gerne das Frühstück im Innenhof genossen. Den ersten Abend haben wir einfach in der Hotelbar Kleinigkeiten und ein Weintasting genossen. Die Küche und die Weine waren sehr gut.

While staff is super attentive and speak good English, hotel itself does not, in my opinion, deserve 5 star rating which is probably based on the fact that they have a tiny sauna for 2 people and plunge pool. There is no restaurant on the property, only a bar, which also serves breakfast on bar counter. We ended up paying almost $500 per night for sub par quality of the hotel. Our friends stayed few blocks away at 4 star and paid half of what we did.

I like the staff very friendly. Nice room and very confortable bed. Good qualitu and variety of foods for breakfast I don't like the complementary services. No fitness center no swimming pool. Saturday night the front door before 1 am was closed. It's strange for a 5 stars hotel

lovely boutique
this gorgeous little boutique on the edge of the old town is delightful in many ways. the staff are VERY concerned about your well-being. we enjoyed a wine tasting with the hotel somm was super; would highly recommend it. we did not get to enjoy the breakfasts so I can't comment there. the issue I had was that it is an older building and the floors are very noisy. anyone that walks in the room above you makes a lot of noise. other than that, a tremendous stay.
