But then some money went "missing" - we had to use the safe at the reception since there was none in our room. So at retrieving our things, we found out that 200 Dollar weren't there. Of course, the manager said this was impossible, which didn't help us at all ... Sad, but true. Otherwise our rating would have been a "Good"!“
