„My husband and I had a great stay in the Adelyn Suite at Mustard Seed B&B. The property location could not be better! It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. While close to everything, the property was quiet and serene. The suite was spotless with nice linens, a comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchenette. „It exceeded our expectations. The hike to the look out was perfect for watching the solar eclipse . Our little guy even did the hike with us because it was gradual enough for him . We loved wading in the creek with my son. it was his first time seeing little fish , and frogs and all the fun stuff . 😀 Everything was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend. I loved the shower head that felt like rain drops so much too lol 😊“

„My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Fredericksburg & this little casita served as the perfect romantic homebase for us! The home itself is quaint, and beautiful. The property was so private & made us feel like we were in a world all our own! The hot tub functioned perfectly as did the outdoor fireplace (and everything needed to light fire was provided). Pity we couldn't stay here longer!“

„Most hotels provide Kleenex, napkins in kitchen area, a few k-cups to go with the Keurig coffee maker, chairs, and plenty of lighting. This was supposed to be an expensive high-end cottage, and for the price charged, it was not as comfortable as a medium-priced hotel. It took several tries to get a TV remote, one window was broken, walkway lights were broken, and sofa (only seating area in whole one-room cottage) was too low and too deep to be comfortable. “

„We enjoyed our stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Crisp cotton sheets and a comfortable mattress made for a good night’s sleep. „Hosts were as friendly as can be in order to respect privacy of guests. We got an unanticipated crustless quiche that stretched to a couple of breakfasts. My birthday was on the day of the solar eclipse and Billy insisted on getting me a birthday cake and even went gluten-free for dietary needs. Wildflowers were abundant and beautiful this time of year. Chickens and deer roam the property for entertainment value.“
