„The house was clean and nicely furnished. It is located right next door to Sebastian’s restaurant, which has tables on a dock. In the evenings, diners are in view from the pool area. The garbage bins from the restaurant are on the other side of a wall in the backyard, and the odor was unpleasant for a few days. The common areas had great ocean breezes but it does get warm mid day. We had an ant issue but Kittie was quick to try to resolve it. The ocean views were breathtaking! “
